RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HEIGHTN, we stand behind every pair we make. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from signs of use, dirt, or damage

Items showing signs of wear, missing the original box, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return Send us an email at support@heightnshoes.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size only, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Once the original item is received and approved, we'll ship the replacement at no extra cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Sale Items Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. They are not eligible for cash refunds, unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — HEIGHTN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
